Shipping/Tax Info
We charge "real-world" shipping fees which are based on a combination of how many items purchased, the weight of the products, dimensions of the package, and destination. Shipping fees includes shipping, packaging materials and labor. It can be expensive depending on your location. Please use the shopping cart to determine availability of product and the shipping charges to your location by entering your full mailing address during the checkout phase. You do not need to provide a credit card unless you decide to actually place the order.
We are getting an increased amount of customers providing a wrong or incomplete (ie. missing apartment or suite) address and then complaining that they have not received their package. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIS-DIRECTED PACKAGES IF YOU GIVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS. Please take your time when typing your shipping address during the online ordering phase.
Canadian Customers
All orders are shipped either Canada Post or UPS Ground and takes about 3 to 10 business days. Shipping fees to Western Canada will be slightly more than Central/Eastern provinces since we are located on the East coast. Please use the shopping cart to determine the shipping costs.
All Canadian residents will be charged in Canadian dollars because our credit card merchant account is in Canadian funds. Your bank will convert the amount to Canadian funds on your monthly credit card statement should you have a US account. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
Tax Rules
Province of Ontario: 13.00% (GST + PST)
Maritimes: 13.00% (HST)
Rest of Canada: 5.00% (GST)
(Our GST number will be printed on your online invoice.)
USA Customers
Orders are shipped either Canada Post or UPS Ground and takes about 5 to 10 working days. If you have an address that can only accept a certain shipping method, please state this at the time of your order to avoid any delays/errors in your shipment. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you provide an invalid shipping address. Please take the time to enter your address accurately when placing the order. Our back-end is completely integrated where your shipping address is computer uploaded into our shipping software for labelling. WE PREFER PHYSICAL ADDRESSES OVER P.O. BOXES. We will contact you if we need clarification on your address.
We have noticed that orders to the Southern/Western states take a little longer for delivery by UPS because we are located on the East Coast (about 4 hour drive from NYC). Please take this into consideration when you are expecting our package.
There are no taxes or duties for U.S. residents. (God Bless, America!!!)
International Customers
We have integrated shipping options for the following countries: Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, France, Romania, Singapore, Denmark, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Bahamas, Netherlands, Norway, Ireland, Italy, Turkey, Jamaica, Poland, Russian Federation, Russia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Belgium, Spain, Hong Kong, Finland, Hungary, Estonia, Romania, Vietnam, Philippines, Croatia, Lithuania, Argentina, Peru, Portugal, Slovakia, Israel, Bulgaria, Latvia, Moldova, India, Egypt, Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, South Africa.
If your country is not yet on this list please Contact Us and we can place it under consideration to be added to the list. However, due to the high incidence of international credit card fraud, we need to protect both ourselves and the rightful owner of the credit card, so not all countries will be accepted.
Returns
a) If there is a problem with the shipment, we need to be notified within 5 days of receiving your order.
b) The product must still be in FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If the toy has been opened, played with it and breaks, we will not accept it back. WE DO NOT ACCEPT merchandise that has been opened. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund if the packaging has been damaged. Refunds are usually issued within 4 to 6weeks of receipt.
c) We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please pack your returns securely. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping fees or store credit will be issued to you.
d) If the return was not due to an error of ours (ie. you ordered it and then decided later on that you do not want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item has its factory seal broken, we cannot accept the item back. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase.
e) If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
