What is a Pre-Order? It is an item that has not been released yet. We allow you to pre-book this item and we will bill and ship when it has been released.

Placing Pre-Orders

We require that you DO NOT combine pre-orders or back-orders with in-stock items on the SAME order form or pre-orders of DIFFERENT SHIPPING DATES AND DIFFERENT SERIES on the same order form. There is NO GUARANTEE that the IN-STOCK item will still be available for your order when the pre-order or back-order arrives in-stock to ship or if your FIRST pre-order item would still be available when your SECOND pre-order item comes into stock.

To ensure that you receive the items you wish to order we suggest you place seperate orders:

ORDER TYPE #1 - for all current in-stock items which will ship immediately
ORDER TYPE #2 - for your pre-order item within the same series which will ship once released by the manufacturer.
ORDER TYPE #3 - for your other (another series with a different release date) pre-order item within the same series which will ship once released by the manufacturer.

Please remember to place SEPARATE ORDERS for EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM that is NOT within the same SERIES. Same rules apply: if you order MULTIPLE PRE-ORDER ITEMS on the same order form we bill and ship the ENTIRE order when the LAST pre-order item arrives in stock to ship and at that point there is no guarantee that your first pre-order item will still be available. I know these rules seem drastic but it is the best method. Yes, the shipping charges may be more but separating the orders will allow customers to get their items promptly.

Pre-Order Payment

We do not require pre-payment for pre-ordered items through our site, unless it is otherwise stated within the items description (for example, if it is a Special Order item).

To order without paying immediately through our system simply select:

Credit Card if you want to pay CREDIT CARD and we will not charge it until we ship your items.
Money Order if you want to pay MONEY ORDER or PAYPAL

and we will notify you via email to send payment as your items are ready to ship.
DO NOT SELECT PAYPAL as you dont want to pay right now.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders
There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all cancelled pre-orders that are placed. We encourage you to pre-order your items in advance to help secure your item when it arrives in stock, but we ask that you be sure that you want the item before you place your pre-order.

When you place your pre-order, we commit to getting those items in for you from the manufacturer. When an order is cancelled by a customer, we cannot cancel the order from the manufacturer.

All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. The shipping dates listed are based on information that we receive from the manufacturers.
