Hello Beybladers!

Just a reminder that this Sunday is our 11th tournament here at the store, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please remember to bring at least one Beyblade from the new Metal Fusion line, and arrive 15 minutes before 1:00 pm so that we can sign everyone in and start on time! If you need to cancel, please give us 24 hours notice to get your admission back, and if you’re running late please give us a call so that we know to reserve your spot, otherwise it might go to any other kids who want to play. Well that’s it for the Legal, I’ll see you all this Sunday!

Hello avid Beybladers!

Well this past Weekend was the Game Summit, a convention here in town for board games, and I had the pleasure of running our seventh Beyblade Tournament right there at the convention on Sunday! I’d like to thank all the parents and especially all the kids who came out and made this event such a success, and also congrats to our winners!

We hope everyone had fun, and we really hope to see you all back here at the store for our next tournament on March 6th!

Well now, our sixth Beyblade tournament just wrapped up and it was a blast! (No really, someone’s beyblade blew up, it was really cool to see!) I’d like to congratulate our prize winners, and thank everyone for coming and having fun with us today!

Now in the spirit of fun, We’re always trying to make our tournaments and events even better, so that each event is better than the last! If any of you guys have any ideas about what would make for better beyblading at Toys on Fire, Let us know!!! You can come and talk to us (or even email us right now!) and we will consider every suggestion. For now, though, in the coming events you can really get in the groove with cool battle music while you Rip, and coming soon we will have exhibitions for beyblade tricks! I’ve seen some cool tricks from some of our more experienced participants, from scooping up a beyblade and keeping it spinning in the palm of a hand, to hopping a beyblade from arena to arena, and I’m sure there are more tricks you guys can do, so we will be announcing a demo section in one of the next few tournaments where we will be filming these tricks you guys can do, and putting them online on our site for all to see!

Well we took a break from the tournaments for December, but we’re back! We’ve just wrapped up our 5th Beyblade tournament, and Holy Crow! It was so popular that the Sixth tournament on Sunday January 30th is already full! I guess our loyal beybladers were just that eager to get back in the game, and in it they got! Check it out:

Also, for those who participated in our fourth tournament in November, We know you’re still waiting for the pictures, but it seems that the store camera took a vacation to Cuba over the Christmas season, but we’ll get those pictures up as soon as it’s back!

Toys on Fire will be resuming the Beyblade Tournaments in the New Year! This will be the perfect spot to test out all of the new Beyblades you got for Christmas. The schedule is as follows

The Tournament of Champions will take the 1st and 2nd place contestants from previous tournaments and have them face each other in our most ultimate challenge! The winner of the Tournament of Champions will truly be the best Beyblader of all time (in Barrhaven.) We hope to see you there!

Only limited space available for each tournament, so register quickly. All the tournaments have a $5 registration fee, and are tentatively scheduled to be from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. All entrants are required to have at least one beyblade. Cancellations/Refunds are only available with 48 hours notice.

NOTE: For those of you who are inquiring about the tournaments, please know that these are local tournaments we are holding in Ottawa, Canada

well, today was our second Beyblade tournament, and a good time was had by all! Congratulations to our Winners, and I hope to see you all in the next round, on Sunday November 7th in the third Toys on Fire Beyblade tournament!

Well we certainly had fun this past Saturday, it was our first tournament for the new Metal Fusion Beyblades!  now we’ve had tournaments before, but this was something else entirely, nothing we’ve done before has been this fast paced! I’d like to thank everyone for coming out, and congratulations to our winners!
 

Now this was also possibly our most popular tournament ever, so much so that we’ve decided to have another tournament next Saturday on the 23rd of October.  If you want in register fast because it’s almost full already!!!
