Wowee! That sure was some party! First off, I got to see everyone’s coolest Transformers. Gray and I are now both convinced we need a Sergeant Kup. He just looks so cool. We tried some painting out as well. Gray did some custom stuff on his Arcee, and I can’t wait to see it when it’s done. He’s got me all inspired to do my own, I just can’t quite figure out what I want to do just yet… something in pink seems appropriate for giant robots, don’t you think?
After everyone all got their fill of pizza and pop, we went outside and took a picture around Autobot Rustbox™.
Then it was the moment we were all waiting for… Transformers 3! I didn’t see it, but I heard good reviews from many trustworthy sources. I will have to see such an extravaganza in the theatre. That many explosions deserve the biggest screen possible.
Let’s end on a laugh, shall we? Here’s my favorite Transformers movie:
Holy moly, what a movie! Needed more War Machine, though. I’d like to thank everyone who came out to make this our best movie party yet! I hope the next one will be this good. Perhaps the Thor movie?
Woo! After the raging success of the Transformers 2 Pizza Party we’ve decided the have a party celebrating everyone’s OTHER favorite 80′s toy: G.I. Joe and their new movie. So, if you were at the last Rock ‘n’ Roll Pizza Party, it’s the same drill as last time, if you weren’t, here’s the rundown:
Call, email, or come to the store in person and tell whoever’s working that you want to be part of the GI Joe Party.
Cough up $15.
Show up at the store on Friday, August 7th, 2009 at 6PM.
Party, chow-down on pizza and pop, watch some GI Joe cartoons, show off your Joes; anything you want, really.
Get your ticket from us (which we’ve already purchased.)
Walk over to the theatre around 8/830PM, and skip the line-up.
Get in to the theatre, sit in your RESERVED seat.
???
Profit – I mean, enjoy the movie.
So yeah, just to clarify, your $15 will get you pizza, pop, a ticket, and a reserved seat. Pretty good deal, eh? So don’t hesitate to come, it was great fun last time. We had 33 people show up last time and everyone had a good time.
Sideshow has done it again! Cobra Commander has never looked so good (or rather, so menacing) immortalized in plastic before. This 12 Inch figure features all of the nescessary details, and every single unnessecary add-on, weapon, and extra you can think of. Like usual, the clothing is made out of the real material, and it is extremely poseable.
Also, not only do we have this work of art, but we have all the toys from the up and coming G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra action figure in stock! And don’t forget the G.I. Joe Movie and Pizza party we’ll be having here at the store on August 7th, at 6PM! $15 will get you pizza, pop, a ticket for opening day, and a reserved seat in the theatre!
A big “Thank You” goes out to the 35 people who came out to party and go see Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen with us. We had such a good time hanging out with everybody and sharing the experience that was Transformers 2. We hope everyone else can share the setiment. Now this would be the part where I post pictures of the party, but I was enjoying myself so much that I forgot to take pictures! So let’s all use our imaginations and try to remember what a good time it was… oh, and this picture of Megan Fox.
It’s also safe to assume that we want to do this again as soon as possible, so who else is up for a GI Joe Party on August 7th? Any takers?
